Overview

This is a pre-owned 2014 Yamaha F60 60 HP outboard, one of Yamaha's most popular midrange four-strokes and a proven repower choice for aluminum fishing boats, pontoons and small center consoles. It runs a 996cc single-overhead-cam, 16-valve inline-four powerhead with Yamaha's multi-point electronic fuel injection for easy cold starts and clean, economical running across a 5,000-6,000 rpm full-throttle range. The engine carries a 2.33:1 gear ratio, a 16-amp charging alternator and weighs roughly 247 pounds, giving it a strong power-to-weight ratio for its class. This particular motor is a 20-inch long-shaft configured with power trim and tilt, electric start and remote (binnacle) control. It runs and cools correctly and comes complete with remote control, cables, and tach/trim gauges, so it is essentially ready to hang and rig. It is an ideal, fuel-conscious pushing motor for bay boats, jon boats, skiffs and pontoons rated to 60 horsepower. Inspected and sold with a clean bill of sale; freight-delivered.
