Overview
This is a Yamaha F115, model code F115LB, a 115-horsepower four-stroke outboard powered by a 1,832 cc (1.8L) DOHC 16-valve in-line four-cylinder block with electronic fuel injection. Yamaha's 1.8-liter F115 is a benchmark for reliability, quiet operation and light weight at roughly 377 lb, and is one of the most popular repowers for center consoles, bay boats, pontoons and aluminum multi-species rigs. It carries a full-throttle range of 5,000-6,000 RPM, a 2.15:1 gear ratio, a 35-amp alternator, electric start, power trim and remote control on a 20-inch (long) shaft.
