Overview
This is a 2021 Suzuki DF150A, model code DF150ATX, a 150-horsepower four-stroke built around a 2,867 cc (2.9L) DOHC 16-valve in-line four-cylinder powerhead with multi-point sequential EFI and Suzuki's Lean Burn Control System. The big-bore in-line four is known for a strong hole-shot, quiet operation and outstanding fuel economy, and it produces a full-throttle range of 5,000-6,000 RPM through a 2.50:1 reduction gear. This example is set up as an extra-long 25-inch ('X') shaft with power trim and tilt, electric start, remote control and a 54-amp alternator. At roughly 485 lb on the 25-inch leg it delivers an excellent power-to-weight ratio for larger center consoles, bay boats and offshore transoms.
