Overview

This is a pre-owned Tohatsu BFT200DXCRA, the counter-rotating 200-horsepower four-stroke built on Honda Marine's 60-degree V6 powerhead. It displaces 3,583 cc across six cylinders with SOHC 24-valve VTEC breathing and programmed EFI, turning a 2.00:1 gear ratio in a 5,000-6,000 rpm range. The 'CR' designation identifies it as a counter-rotation unit for the port side of twin- and triple-engine rigs, in the 25-inch (X) extra-long shaft length. It features electric start, power trim and tilt and mechanical remote steering, with a dry weight of about 590 lb and a 90-amp high-output alternator. Counter-rotation engines balance propeller torque for straighter tracking and easier handling on multi-engine offshore boats. This makes it ideal for large center consoles and offshore hulls rigged with multiple engines. Inspected and sold with a clean bill of sale; freight-delivered.
