Overview

This is a pre-owned Suzuki DF50A, a lightweight and efficient EFI four-stroke well suited to small and midsize recreational boats. It uses a 941cc inline-three-cylinder, dual-overhead-cam powerhead with multi-point electronic fuel injection and Lean Burn control, giving quiet operation, dependable starts and excellent fuel economy across a 5,300-6,300 rpm range on a 2.42:1 gearcase. At roughly 238 pounds it is easy to handle and shares its powerhead with the DF40A and DF60A. This unit is configured with tiller-handle steering, power trim and tilt and electric start, making it ideal for jon boats, aluminum skiffs, tenders and utility hulls where a tiller is preferred.
