Overview

This is a pre-owned Suzuki DF150A EFI, a 150-horsepower four-stroke built on Suzuki's 2,867 cc in-line four-cylinder, DOHC 16-valve powerhead. It runs multi-point sequential electronic fuel injection, operates in a 5,000-6,000 rpm full-throttle range, and turns a 2.50:1 gear ratio for strong thrust and smooth acceleration. Standard features include electric start, power trim and tilt, and mechanical remote control steering, with availability in 20-inch and 25-inch shaft lengths. Dry weight is approximately 470 lb, and a 44-amp alternator keeps batteries and electronics charged. Suzuki's lean-burn control system gives the DF150A excellent fuel economy along with reliable saltwater performance. It is a versatile mid-range engine for offshore center consoles, coastal bay boats, pontoons and freshwater multi-species hulls, running on 87-octane regular fuel.
