Overview

The Suzuki DF70A is a 70-horsepower four-stroke powered by a 1,502 cc (1.5 L) inline-four with a 16-valve DOHC head and multi-point sequential electronic fuel injection. Its relatively large displacement, a deep 2.59:1 gear ratio and a 5,000-6,000 rpm range give strong midrange torque and easy planing, while a 27-amp alternator supports electronics. Built in 2022, this DF70A is a 20-inch long-shaft with power trim and tilt, electric start and either a multi-function tiller with hydraulic steering cylinder or remote controls, and weighs about 341 lb. Suzuki's Lean Burn Control adds excellent fuel economy. The DF70A is a versatile fit for aluminum and fiberglass fishing boats, pontoons, bay boats and RIBs.
