This is a pre-owned Evinrude E-TEC 115 H.O., model K115HGXP, from Evinrude's High Output performance series. It is a 60-degree V4 built on the 1,726 cc (1.7 L) E-TEC direct-injection two-stroke architecture, delivering 115 HP with instant throttle response and no scheduled dealer maintenance for the first several years. The 'HGXP' configuration is a remote-control, 25-inch shaft unit with electric start and power trim and tilt, running in a 5,000-6,000 rpm full-throttle band. Dry weight is around 390 lb, making it notably lighter than comparable four-strokes, and its 50-amp charging output supports typical fishing electronics. E-TEC direct injection means clean, efficient combustion with auto-oiling from a dedicated tank rather than pre-mixing, so there is no break-in oil ritual. It is a strong, torquey choice for aluminum fishing boats, bay boats, tiller and remote skiffs and multi-species rigs where light weight and quick hole-shot matter.
