Overview

The Evinrude E90SNL is a 90-horsepower E-TEC from the dedicated Pontoon Series, a direct-injection two-stroke built on Evinrude's 1,296 cc (1.3 L) three-cylinder powerhead. The Pontoon tune uses optimized gear ratios and unique software mapping to give a heavily loaded pontoon quicker acceleration, sharper throttle response and stronger stopping power for easy docking. As an E-TEC, every stroke is a power stroke, so it planes fast and runs clean with no oil changes and no dealer-scheduled maintenance for three years. This example is a 20-inch long-shaft with power trim, electric start and remote controls, turning to roughly a 4,500-5,500 rpm range. It is purpose-built for pontoon and tritoon boats, where its low-speed thrust and quiet running shine. Inspected and sold with a clean bill of sale; freight-delivered.
