Overview

This pre-owned Evinrude E-TEC 60 HP (model E60HGL) is a direct-injection two-stroke built on an inline two-cylinder, 863 cc (52.7 cu in) powerhead and configured for remote helm control. E-TEC direct injection fires a power stroke on every revolution, giving strong hole-shot and instant throttle response across a 5500-6000 rpm range through a 2.67:1 gearcase. This long-shaft (20 in) unit has electric start and power trim and tilt, with an 81-amp (25-amp net) alternator to power electronics and keep batteries charged. Ownership stays simple with no oil changes, no break-in, and no scheduled dealer maintenance for three years, while the low-RPM combustion mode keeps trolling clean and quiet. At roughly 240 lb it is a lightweight, punchy motor well suited to aluminum and fiberglass fishing boats, jon boats, bay boats, and pontoons rated for 60 horsepower.
