Overview

This pre-owned Evinrude E-TEC 30 HP (model E30DRSL) is a direct-injection two-stroke built on an inline two-cylinder, 577 cc (35.2 cu in) powerhead. E-TEC technology gives it lively throttle response and strong low-end torque for its size, operating across a 5500-6000 rpm full-throttle range through a 2.15:1 gearcase. This unit is a long-shaft (20 in) motor with electric start, and its 56-amp (15-amp net) charging system is generous for a compact engine. Like every E-TEC it requires no oil changes, no break-in, and no scheduled dealer maintenance for three years, and its stratified low-RPM mode keeps trolling quiet and smoke-free. Lightweight and easy to handle, it is a natural fit for jon boats, aluminum tiller boats, small skiffs, inflatables, and as a dependable sailboat auxiliary or kicker.
