Overview

This is a pre-owned Yamaha F90 four-stroke, a 90-horsepower engine built on a 1,832 cc DOHC 16-valve inline-four with electronic fuel injection. It is one of the lightest 90s in its class, giving smaller boats livelier acceleration and better fuel economy while staying quiet and smooth. The engine runs a 5,000-6,000 rpm full-throttle range through a 2.00:1 gear ratio, is water-cooled, and offers electric start with power trim and tilt for effortless handling. Its compact four-cylinder design and proven Yamaha reliability make it a favorite repower for aluminum fishing boats, pontoons, bay boats and multi-species rigs rated to 90 hp.
