Overview

This is a pre-owned 2022 Suzuki DF250SS, the original performance V6 four-stroke Suzuki built specifically to power tournament bass boats, larger flats boats, performance pontoons and ski boats. It is a 55-degree V6 displacing 3,987 cc (4.0 L) with a DOHC 24-valve powerhead and multi-point EFI, delivering 250 HP with a high-rpm 'big block hot rod' character. This X-model runs a 25-inch (XL) shaft with electric start and power trim and tilt, and Suzuki tunes the DF250SS with a performance gearcase and propeller matched for speed and hole-shot. Dry weight is around 600 lb, and a 54-amp alternator supports batteries and electronics. Its lean-burn control and dual-injector fuel system give strong acceleration along with respectable fuel economy for the output. Suzuki recommends premium 91-octane fuel to get the most from this high-performance engine, which remains a favorite among speed-minded bass and performance-boat owners.
