Overview

The 2022 Suzuki DF140B L is a 140-horsepower four-stroke powered by Suzuki's 2,044 cc (124.7 cu in) DOHC 16-valve inline-four, the refreshed B-series of the brand's light, compact 140. It is set up as a 20-inch long shaft with electric start, power trim and tilt and remote control, with a full-throttle range of roughly 5,000-6,000 rpm. A 2.59:1 gear ratio and Suzuki's Lean Burn control system give it brisk acceleration and excellent fuel efficiency, and the 44-amp alternator supports onboard electronics. At about 410 lb it retains one of the best power-to-weight ratios in its class thanks to the offset-driveshaft layout. It is a versatile repower for aluminum deep-V boats, runabouts, bay boats and mid-size center consoles. Inspected and sold with a clean bill of sale; freight-delivered.
