Overview

The 1998 Silver Star 2HGN is a two-horse gooseneck trailer featuring a generous 6 ft short wall, giving it a roomy front dressing/tack area over the hitch for saddles, tack, and gear storage. The two-horse layout provides secure, comfortable transport, with the gooseneck design delivering the stable towing and tighter turning that riders prefer for longer hauls. It rides on tandem 3,500 lb axles for a 7,000 lb GVWR and tows well behind a three-quarter-ton or larger pickup. Typical equipment includes saddle racks and bridle hooks in the short-wall area, roof vents, interior lighting, tie rings, and a rear door for loading. This trailer has been fully serviced prior to sale, including brake inspection and service, repacked wheel bearings, testing of all interior and exterior lights, and checking and sealing of the roof seams. It is a practical, well-kept rig for trail riders and small-barn owners who want gooseneck stability with real storage space. It comes with a clean title and one spare tire, and the trailer floor is in good condition.
