The Steelhaul Offset Charcoal Smoker is a stripped-down charcoal-and-wood offset build for operators who need maximum capacity. 1,280 sq in of total cooking area spans the main chamber and a separate firebox — run multiple briskets or a dozen racks of ribs at once. Adjustable dampers on the firebox and chimney give hard control over airflow and smoke output. Heavy-gauge steel construction holds low temperatures steady through hours-long cooks.
