Overview

The 2013 Sundowner Sportman is a three-horse slant-load gooseneck trailer from one of the most respected names in the horse-trailer industry, combining an aluminum-skinned body with a strong frame for long service life. It measures 22 ft in overall length, 7 ft 6 in wide, and 7 ft 6 in tall, and rides on two axles for a substantial 11,684 lb GVWR against a roughly 5,305 lb empty weight, leaving generous payload for three horses plus gear. The slant-load layout uses adjustable dividers, while the gooseneck front houses a dressing/tack room with saddle racks, bridle hooks, and space for equipment and storage. Standard Sundowner features on this configuration include drop-down head windows for ventilation, roof vents, interior lighting, tie rings, and a rear ramp or swing door for loading. The extra length and capacity make it well suited to owners hauling three horses to shows, trail heads, and events. It comes with a clean title and one spare tire, and the trailer floor is in good condition.
